Paradigm Health had already built something most healthcare systems never achieve. Care that feels continuous, human, and genuinely connected. Patients aren’t passed through a system, they are understood within it.
But that level of care existed because of people, not infrastructure. It relied on individuals holding the experience together. The opportunity wasn’t to improve what was already working. It was to take that model and design something that could carry it forward without losing what made it meaningful in the first place.

To move forward, we stepped into the reality of care delivery. Not the idealised version, but the one shaped by clinicians, care teams, and the pressures around them. Through close collaboration, we mapped the moments where things slow down, where information fragments, and where patients fall out of sync with the system meant to support them.
What emerged wasn’t just a technical challenge, but a structural one. Scaling this model meant preserving human connection while introducing intelligence that could support it, not complicate it.
