In 2023, The DailyWire was ready for an evolutionary transition in their business to transform from a news publisher into a premium content provider. For this to happen the organisation needed a technology evolution which required digital product expertise to lay the new foundations and also set up the future digital projectory. We were asked by the DailyWire to become a digital partner and support them as a embedded digital accelerator.

The Opportunity

Becoming The Embedded Expert Accelerator With Holistic View

To create a high performing partnership that delivered at the velocity needed, we set up shop in Nashville, and embedded ourselves alongside the internal teams. Becoming apart of the internal team at DailyWire allowed us to aid in squad creation, team delegations, and implementation of agile processes.

Splitting ourselves over native apps, web and TV Apps, we quickly dug in to understand where the company is today in terms of their digital products and services, to analyse where we can make quick low hanging fruit changes and what our long term vision should be.
