The Opportunity
Imagining The Future of Immersive, Intelligent Digital Experiences
We launched our pilot project with Mercedes-Benz, tackling the challenge of creating a seamless interface that integrates AI, data, and digital technology.
The concept of ‘UI for AI’ became central to our vision, focusing on immersive experiences users could navigate without headsets. Data drove generative interactions, and AI was a trusted partner.
Our goal was to set a new standard for digital interaction, making technology more intuitive and meaningful for users.

We created digital environments and content models to enable meaningful, two-way interactions, centered around a virtual AMG store. Users could explore 3D vehicle models, view offers, book test drives, and more.
Jackie, our AI assistant, enhanced the experience by providing instant responses, facilitating comparisons, and offering personalized car recommendations based on user data.
This innovative approach redefined the sales experience by blending the real and virtual worlds.
