The Opportunity

Imagining The Future of Immersive, Intelligent Digital Experiences

Using Mercedes-Benz as our pilot project, we embarked on the intricate challenge of crafting a seamless, intelligent interface that would elegantly integrate AI, data, and immersive digital technology.

The concept of ‘UI for AI’ emerged as a foundational pillar in our vision for user interaction within digital environments. We envisioned immersive experiences that users could navigate without the need for headsets, where data took the lead in shaping fluid, generative interactions, and where AI served not as a threat, but as a trusted partner in the experience.

To achieve this, we aimed to establish a new benchmark in digital interaction, redefining how users engage with technology in meaningful and intuitive ways.

By analyzing the existing dealership experience, we identified key friction points that revealed opportunities for meaningful innovation between brand and customer. From the moment a customer steps into the digital environment, we envisioned an experience that feels personable, enjoyable, and seamless—whether the user is interacting with AI or a real representative.

Our focus on minimizing digital distractions and centering on contextual, conversational needs allowed us to establish a human-centered foundation for digital interactions. This approach fostered effective engagement, designed to boost conversions and enhance customer retention.

Crafting a fluid, engaging two way digital conversation that felt human

With the foundational user journeys defined, we crafted digital environments and content models that enabled meaningful, two-way interactions. At the core of our solution was the creation of a virtual AMG store—a space where users could freely explore and interact with detailed 3D vehicle models, View offers, book test drives, and much more.

Central to this experience was Jackie, our AI assistant, who was designed to enrich user interactions. Jackie offered instant responses to inquiries, facilitated model comparisons, and provided personalized car recommendations based on user-specific data, such as family size and driving habits. By leveraging sophisticated AI algorithms, Jackie could tailor each interaction to the individual, creating a highly engaging and empathetic journey.

This innovative approach blurred the lines between the real and virtual, redefining how users connect with the sales experience.

The entire Mobeus experience was built on a flexible, scalable, and generative system, allowing us to rapidly deploy tailored brand experiences and continuously evolve the platform to meet emerging market demands.
